Age Requirement

If you are found to be under 21, your account will be immediately closed and any funds deposited during that period will be returned, minus any winnings derived therefrom.

Geographic Eligibility

Single Account Obligation

Each individual player is permitted to hold one h777 account only. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — constitutes a breach of these Terms. h777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings derived from them, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation in cases of suspected fraud.

Registration Requirements

To register an account on h777, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number and create a secure password. You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration details, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

KYC Verification

h777 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a suspicious activity flag. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. h777 will never ask for your password by email, phone call, or chat. Any activity that occurs under your h777 account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify h777 support immediately. h777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Deposit Methods and Minimums

h777 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit is ৳200. h777 does not charge fees on deposits made through supported payment methods. Deposits are credited to your h777 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. h777 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. h777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required. h777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending the outcome of any fraud or compliance investigation.

Anti-Money Laundering

h777 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all deposit and withdrawal transactions. h777 reserves the right to request documentation substantiating the source of funds deposited into any player account. Where h777 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction is connected to money laundering or any other illegal activity, it will take appropriate action including reporting the matter to relevant authorities and suspending the account pending investigation.

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by h777 are subject to wagering requirements and any additional terms specified in the individual promotion's description. Bonuses are credited to your h777 wallet and must be wagered the required number of times before a withdrawal can be made. h777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as rollover) that must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and eligible games for each promotion will be stated in the promotion description. Wagers placed on certain game types (e.g. low-RTP games, certain table games) may contribute a reduced percentage towards meeting the wagering requirement.

Bonus Abuse

h777 does not permit bonus abuse, which includes (but is not limited to) claiming the same welcome offer more than once using multiple accounts, depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine wagering activity (also known as bonus hunting or bonus whoring), using prohibited betting strategies to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, and any form of collusion between players to exploit promotional offers. Where h777 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h777 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of balances: use of automated software (bots, scripts, or macros) to place bets or interact with the platform; exploitation of software bugs, errors, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage; collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes; accessing the platform via VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions; use of another person's account or payment method without their explicit consent; engaging in any activity that h777 reasonably considers to constitute fraud or attempted fraud.

Account Termination

h777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; providing false registration information; failure to complete KYC when requested; or conduct that h777 considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players. Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, h777 will complete its investigation within a reasonable time and notify the player of the outcome.

Intellectual Property

All content on the h777 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and trademarks — is the property of h777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the h777 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without h777's prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

h777 provides the platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. h777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. h777 makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if h777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. h777's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
